Rates

This is what fees we charge, discount is given to home businesses and to eligable concession holders.

• Visits made during normal business hours are $88 per hour charged in half hour increments after the first hour.
• Visits made outside of normal business hours are $132 per hour charged in half hour increments after the first hour.
• Tech support calls are $33 per 15 minutes
• Maintenance from our office* during the week are $55 per hour charged in 15 minute increments.
• Maintenance from our office* over the weekend are $88 per hour charged in 15 minute increments.

* this is anything done to your network remotely over a secure VPN connection.

VoIP

We design, install and maintain VoIP systems for people who run businesses from home and small businesses. Using reputable hardware and software, we can create a communication solution tailored specially for your needs. Best of all, it's better to implement little changes so there is easy to learn the new features these systems bring.

The major advances that have enabled this are;

• Greatly increased Internet connection speed, from 28.8kb/s then, having now the slowest ADSL at 256kb/s which allows almost 100 times the data through.
• Better protocols reduce the delays and losses, especially QoS (Quality of Service) routers and switches which place a higher priority on the voice data to ensure it's not held up by other data..
• Better hardware removes the need to run a computer with particular software to receive or make calls. Proper phones can be used, either with an adapter, or using an IP Phone, allowing me to leave my PC off, or doing more useful things.
