We try as much as possible to use the products we sell, from the modems and network hardware, to the servers and service providers we resell. Unfortunately we can't test everything out there, but we can get aquainted with new equipment quickly.

Some things I'd like you to know
I just want to make a note that I make very little profit on the sale of these CDs. This is a hobby, that I feel I can share with people who don't have access to download this software. As I have a full time job, a second part time job and a family to take care of it may sometime take a few weeks to get to producing the CDs as they are ordered. If you need the CDs urgently, I suggest getting them from somewhere else as I have a lot of demands on my time. I appreciate your understanding

Open Office.orgThis is an office suite that I have found better than its rival, Office, and it costs less, MUCH LESS. It's readily available for a very small price (like my $9.90), or free to download, and there are many current projects supporting it. For more info on using it with Microsoft Office documents see http://marketing.openoffice.org/2.0/featureguide.html#interoperability There are two disc in the new release, the install disc, which has only the programs and the extras disc, which includes dictionaries, clipart and more. There is also another disc that has the installer for Solaris, so if you want that version, please let me know and I'll change the Install disc to the Solaris version. If you want Solaris as well as the others (Win, Lin, Mac) please order twice and explain in the special instructions. |

For all you IM fans, they have a small chat program called chatzilla. |

Linux Server's & WorkstationsMost uses don't even realise there are alternatives to Windows without going to things like Apple with their own hardware. *Some linux distributions do charge, but they are still cheaper and better value than most other options. We can set up desktops and servers with the lastest secure and powerful linux distributions, using whichever you request, or what suits your needs. Most are free, so all you need to purchase is the hardware of the PC. Ask us how much you can save by changing to linux |
